Our one-of-a-kind Striking program is the only CrossFit Striking program offered in Southern California.
Sweat and learn through 6-weeks of mixed-martial-arts, boxing and self-protection striking concepts in a non-contact format that focuses on proper technique by using shadow boxing, focus mitts, kick shields and a heavy bag. No experience is necessary! You will increase your overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power.
Working 1-on-1 with an experienced coach is always going to be the quickest way to the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level. Our Coaches will track your specific data to show you steady progress over the course of your program. Our recommendation is that you take advantage of at least 1 Personal Training session per week in along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results. In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific. Included in your membership is a free Open Gym session from 9 am-noon on Saturdays.
