Try out for free our new CrossFit Striking class! This will be a 6-week program designed to increase overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power by incorporating striking drills into our regular CrossFit workouts. You will learn basic mixed-martial-arts, boxing and self-protection striking concepts in a non-contact format that focuses on proper technique by using shadow boxing, focus mitts, kick shields and a heavy bag. No experience is necessary! If you do have wraps and gloves feel free to bring them.
